Noscapine is not suitable for coughs involving coughing up phlegm.being coughed up. Composition of Teva Noscapine HCl Teva 1 mg/ml Stroop: Each ml of syrup contains:Noscapine hydrochloride 1 mgIngredients of Teva Noscapine HCl Teva 1 mg/ml Stroop: Noscapine HCl, citric acid(E330), methyl parahydroxybenzoate(E218), sucrose sodium, sucrose, raspberry essence, purified water. Use of Teva Noscapine HCl Teva 1 mg/ml Stroop: Adults:15-30 ml 3 to 4 times daily.Children 6-12 years of age:15 ml 2 to 4 times daily.Children aged 3-6 years:7.5 ml 2 to 4 times a day. The dosage should be measured with the measuring cup provided. Do notexceed. You should not use the syrup for more than 14 days without consulting a doctor.
