These medicines ensure thatfungi are killed.What is this medicine used forFor skin and nail infections caused by miconazole nitrate-sensitive bacteriamolds and yeasts.Composition of Sandoz Miconazolnitraat Creme : Active ingredient: miconazole nitrate, 20 mg per gram of hydrophilic creamExcipients: ethylene glycol palmitostearate and polyoxyethylene glycol palmitostearate, oleoyl macrogolglycerides, paraffin, benzoic acid (E210: 2 mg/g), water.Use of Sandoz Miconazolnitraat Creme : Unless your doctor prescribes otherwise, use is as follows:Skin infectionsApply a small amount of cream to the affected area once or twice daily and spread it thinly. When treating foot infections, it is recommended to simultaneously and daily sprinkle a small amount of miconazole nitrate powder on the lesion, especially between the toes, and possibly also in the socks and shoes. Treatment should be continued continuously until at least one week after the skin lesion has completely disappeared (usually after 2 to 6 weeks).Nail infectionsTrim infected nails as short as possible. Apply a small amount of cream to the infected nail once or twice daily and cover the nail with a non-perforated adhesive bandage. Continue treatment, even after the infected nail has fallen off (usually after two to three weeks), until healthy nail regrowth and complete healing occur (usually after about 32 weeks).Note: Daily washing of the infected parts is necessaryDo not use with- You are allergic to any of the ingredients in this medicine. - You are allergic to other similar antifungal medicines.
